The Newest Gem of the Century! Confetti Sunstone
One of the most unusual facet roughs to be discovered in the past few years. The basic color is actually clear, the red/orange color comes from the multitude of iridescent platelets of copper scattered through out the material. It actually appears to have bright colorful confetti trapped inside. It's quite stunning as faceted gems or cabochons. Gems range in size from 3 to 30 carats.
